Large Capacity Turning & Vertical Boring
Our turning and vertical boring capacity allows us to machine oversized industrial components with precision. This includes restoration of worn journals, shafts and housings.
Capabilities include:
- Manual turning up to 9 metres in length
- NC turning up to 4m x 1275mm diameter
- Vertical boring up to 2.8m swing
- Bore and key machining
These capabilities ensure alignment accuracy and dimensional integrity for critical rotating equipment.
Milling & Horizontal Boring
Machining large housings and casings requires accuracy and rigidity. Our milling and horizontal boring capability enables precise restoration of pump housings and gearbox bodies.
We perform:
- Manual milling up to 4m capacity
- CNC milling for precision repeatability
- Horizontal boring for pump and gearbox alignment
- Line boring for restoration of worn bearing housings
All work is completed to tight tolerances to prevent premature failure after reinstallation.
Welding & Fabrication Integration
Complex industrial repairs often require both machining and fabrication. By integrating submerged arc welding, MIG, TIG and structural fabrication within the same facility, we eliminate delays and quality risks associated with outsourcing.
Our heavy lift crane capacity allows us to manage large assemblies safely and efficiently.
